Hey Carlos, Merry Christmas! We went to bed saying a special Christmas prayer for you and all of your fellow soldiers in Iraq as well as all of the people! We haven't yet hooked up with Debbie and the kids, but somehow knowing she is here with her folks makes me smile. I'm sure they are missing you tremendously, but I am also sure Santa helped them smile! Can't believe it is almost 2007 and you are that much closer to coming home! Love, Karen Alfano

Merry Christmas, Dr. Los -- was great to hear your voice on the phone the other day. Mom and I miss you a bunch here in Spain. Once I get regular Internet access you'll hear from me more regularly.

Take care and love,

Dear Carlos,
When I received the Christmas card my heart sank. Please know that we are committed to cover you in prayer and consider it such a privilege to be lifting you up. I will pray for your fellow workers as well. Deeply touched by your YouTube video----the pictures are now permanently etched on my heart.
We care and are praying for your protection......Our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful job you are doing------Can't wait to get you back in Austin. Meanwhile,God bless you! Fondly, Beverly Holcomb

You all are in for such a treat with Spongs visit. How great!
